A Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Our family enjoyed our three-night stay. The room was cozy, but the noise from a Friday party was distracting. Breakfast felt rushed due to a conference crowd. The nearby restaurants offered delicious local cuisine. Pro tip, visit during off-peak times for a quieter experience.

That was pleasant hotel set in industrial area, very close to lovely restaurants, all shops, restaurants and transportation point and beautiful montecatini terme. The staff were consistently courteous when we arrived. The room was perfectly clean and absolutely fantastic with smoke detectors for safety measures.

Some people working there were unattentive.

Not so helpful staff!

I appreciated its very competent and helpful employees.

I was here for 2 nights and ate at in-house restaurant which served a nice breakfast. Private bathrooms, that included bidet, were cleaned daily. The location of the hotel was unbeatable and incredibly comfortable - within a close distance from Piazza Del Popolo.

The room was extremely clean and large.

There was almost no choice for the breakfast.

It's an interesting property - looked modern but very worn. Very uninviting on the outside, but very nice on the inside. We were there on a Sunday night, and it was deserted.

The morning meal was freshly cooked with fresh fruits and fresh scrambled eggs, for instance. The staff were helpful and attentive the whole time.

Very convenient for the town and train. Most important, an underground, safe car park.

The facts without the fluff

A seamless check-in greeted us, and the staff genuinely shone with friendliness. Our room was ready, though small, and the amenities were rather limited. Breakfast was enjoyable, though self-service coffee would be a plus. Conveniently located near the train station made our excursions to Florence simple. A mixed experience overall.

Had a fantastic getaway with my friends! We explored Collodi and the fun amusement park dedicated to Pinocchio. The location was super convenient for getting around to places like Lucca and Pisa. Breakfast was really good, and the staff was helpful. Make sure to check the directions for parking before you arrive. It can be a bit tricky.

Strongly recommend for a weekend pause

Comfortable room, spacious parking, and convenient access, great to enjoy a good breakfast each morning and explore the city easily using public transportation.

I had a great stay with plenty of delicious breakfast options and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond during my visit.. Definitely would return!

Diving headfirst into the local food scene, I discovered gems like Trattoria Come una Volta-every dish bursting with rustic flavors. Bar Gori Cibus is also a must-visit for quick bites. Plus, the hotel's spacious rooms were cozy and inviting.

The hotel was also easily accessible.

WiFi signal could be improved in certain rooms.
